When Reporting a Technical Problem
It helps if you include:
- A description of what happened
- Whether you are using iPhone or Android
- Your Petzoya app version, if available
- The approximate time the problem occurred
- A screenshot, if useful
Please remove unnecessary sensitive information from screenshots.
Never send us your password, one-time verification code, full card or bank details, Apple/Google account password, private keys or authentication secrets.
Subscription Support
Petzoya can help explain your subscription status or investigate entitlement problems.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed by the store through which the purchase was made.
If you want to stop future subscription renewals, you must cancel the subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Deleting your Petzoya account does not by itself cancel an active store subscription.

Animal Emergencies
Petzoya is a technology platform and is not an emergency veterinary service.
If your pet may be seriously ill, injured or experiencing an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary provider directly rather than waiting for an app or support response.
